At TAHT The Brand, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals. To ensure we provide the best service possible, we have established the following no-show policy for consultations:
1. Appointment Confirmation
All consultations must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. - Clients will receive a reminder email or text 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
3. No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is defined as failing to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice. - Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their consultation fee. - For complimentary consultations, a $25 no-show fee will be charged to reschedule.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients who miss an appointment must pay any applicable fees before rescheduling. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 7 days of the missed appointment.
5. Multiple No-Shows
After two no-shows, clients may be required to prepay for future sessions. - TAHT The Brand reserves the right to refuse service after repeated no-shows.
6. Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
